Hi Gramps,

Just wondering if there is a cut-off age for women who want to go on a mission? I’m thinking about going but I have a lot of things to sort out in my life first so I want to wait another year.

Thanks

Riya

Mormon Sister missionariesRiya, If there’s any place where a cutoff age is written down, it would be in the Bishop’s copy of the Church Handbook of Instruction. You should be able to kill two birds with one stone by asking your Bishop for this information while sharing with him your desire to serve a mission. He will help you see what you need to focus on to prepare, and tell you some of the strengths that he sees in you.
