-a couple who committed against the law of chastity was married to the temple
-a person who committed murder but his sins was not confess or was not made known was baptized to the church

if the presiding officer(bishop,stake,mission or area president ) doesn&#039;t know how to react in this kind of situation, it will be taken to the higher authority next until the case reach the first presidency for null or ratification]]></description>
