For what he did at age NINE?  I highly doubt it, especially if the molesting stopped.  He was a child himself, and by any reasonable standards didn&#039;t have the mental and/or emotional capacity to be legally responsible.
He&#039;s best off to take care of this burden regardless of what the law may do, as guilt or uncertainty can wreak further emotional havoc in his life.]]></description>
