When I served as a Bishop and I have done it twice.
I had a little trick for when the calling got on top of me.
When I went to bed I prayed for Heavenly Father to take away my troubles for the night so that I could have a good sleep.
I also promised him that I would take up my responsibilities when I awoke in the morning.
He did not let me down and I slept very well once I had learned to do this I served much better.
I think that this is a classic case of casting your burdens on the Lord.
It is a lesson that I have taught many people, it recently helped a Sister who's husband who was having a very serious operation, which she was very worried about.
She thanked me for sharing it with her as she had a great nights sleep.
