Doctrine and Covenants 132:2 states, &quot;And in order to obtain the highest, a man must enter into this order of the priesthood [meaning the new and everlasting covenant of marriage];&quot; man cannot obtain the highest priesthood without being sealed to their spouse. Genesis 2:24 and Mark 10:8 declare that man must be united with his wife, and woman must be united with her husband. In this sense, our heavenly Father and Mother are one, just as Jesus Christ and our heaveny Father are one.]]></description>
