My feeling is that when the sons of Levi offer their sacrifice in righteousness, it will be the sacrifice of a broken heart and a contrite spirit rather than the blood sacrifice of an animal.
No one is perfect.

However, I do believe you need to correct some of your past articles on the priesthood ban, people of African descent and the Lamanites. Even though your more recent articles reflect the guidance given by the Church today, some of your old articles do not and are an insult to people of color. African blacks do not want to be referred to as a people less valiant in the spirit world or the descents of the curse Cain.. Native American do not want to be referred to as the descends of a cursed people when in fact their origin is of Asian descent, hence the way they look today.. If there are any descents of the Lamanites, we have no idea where or who they are. You can reference the Church website and essays.

The problem with leaving incorrect information on the web is that people will read it and believe it. In fact, I believe you should write one, well researched article on the priesthood ban, African blacks and the Lamanites that conforms to the teachings of the Church today and delete all of the previous articles that have inaccurate information in them.

As an answer to the question, I would say that blood sacrifices - for the remission of sins - will not come back. However, before the last day, the sons of Levi will indeed offer up an offering in sacrifice in order to restore all things. You can rest assured that you will never have to take an animal to a temple to be sacrificed in order to have your sins remitted, but, as a fulfillment of prophecy, the sons of Levi will offer a sacrifice.
