You are perpetuating a falsehood if you believe the earth is only physically 6,000 years old. And perpetuating that falsehood is a form lying. And I believe it is awful to teach young children things that are untrue. Gramps is completely correct in his analysis of this subject. All you have to do is look at the night sky and understand the mechanics of the speed of light. It does not take a genius to know that earth is far older than physically six thousand years.

Gramps is correct in his analysis. And I too believe that there is no beginning and no end. Time itself may be meaningless to God or perhaps time is not a factor in eternity. Men/women on this earth are concerned with time because at some point everyone will experience death. I firmly believe that death is only a transition from this earth to heaven (our next adventure in the plan of salvation).
