Manic depression is a very real illness–of the brain. He didn’t take his life to deliberately act contrary to the gospel. Also, people do inherit addictive tendencies toward various problems, in their genetic makeup. This is an established medical fact. I speak from personal experience. But the spirit CAN overcome the body when it comes to such a problem.
