The more you go, the more you learn. I remember the first time I went. It was different and I really didn’t know what to expect, the knowledge that is there is amazing. Please do not give up on going to the temple or church. The church is true and since it is true Satan will try his hardest to make you leave the church. That is what he wants. He hates it when we are doing what we are suppose to because that mean he is failing at his mission. He wants us to be miserable like unto himself. Remember the more you go to the temple the more you learn. It seems when I haven’t been for a while and then I go back I am amazed at the blessing we are granted through the covenants that we make. Go again snd again, each time it is more relaxing because you now know what to expect. You will be able to feel of the spirit more. You will be able to pay attention more to the words being said and the great power we receive from our Heavenly Father. We do received power and strength that we can not receive anywhere else. It is by that power we are able have more strength to overcome the temptations of Satan.
Megan I promise you our Heavenly Father loves you very much. He wants you to return to his holy house. Do everything again in the temple. Listen to the words and promises you receive. Listen the powerful blessing of strength we are endowed with. We are endowed with power from on high. I will also make you a promise that Satan will try his hardest to make sure you don’t go back. He doesn’t want you there. I have noticed when we have plans to go, things happen so we can not go. It is best to set a time and to not tell anyone and just go. Again the Church is true. I love this church and the Holy temple of The Lord. Remember to pray and read the scriptures everyday. It will help. Read the Doctrine and covenants, look at how the members were when the church was restored to the earth. They wanted those life saving ordinances. They wanted their families to be together forever. They wanted the added power and strength from our Heavenly Father. It is a wonderful place. So please do not give up on our Heavenly Father and our Savior’s church. He will bless you for your faithfullness and endurence. I can promise you that. I have seen it in my life. Please go again with a clear mind now that you know what happens. You will be blessed. Our Heavenly Father will let you feel of his spirit and his love for you.

The best advice I got was from my friend, Melinda. She said, ” the Temple ordinance is old. Like from Abrahams time. It doesn’t have any modern context. It’s really old. If the gospel didn’t mean anything to you, the ceremony wouldn’t be extraordinary.”
