To fully answer:
The age of the earth is 6,645 years old, with a margin of error of only 1 year +/- (due to year zero actually being counted as year 1).

The reasons the other two theories are invalid are due to Adams age.

In the Kolob time theory, Adam would have lived and died before the beginning of the 7th day.

In the era or indeterminate time theory, Adams age is again impossible as well as the assumed exaggeration of other &quot;day&quot; references.  40 days and 40 nights of rain would take longer to subside than the current scientific estimates of the age of the universe.
