Shall we cry false prophet ? — before we do compare Mathew chapt. 24:27-34 —- these verses proclaim the signs of christ’s coming that have not yet been fulfilled — with the same great proclamation as josepth’s in verse 34 ———- this generation shall not pass till all these things be fulfilled — so if we label joseph smith a false prophet then we must do the same here — which would be a huge mistake —– both of these prophets are true ! what we learn here is that they weren’t declaring the generation of man but rather the generation of this last dispensation — and as surely as Christ is the Savior of all man-kind so shall these prophesy’s be fulfilled in their own due time !
