					<description><![CDATA[Also, what about all the kids around you that the parents can not or will not keep quiet? I have been to many sacrament meetings whre you cannot here not only the sacrament blessings, but cannot hear the speakers, or announcements from the Bishop or councelors. Frustrating many times. Very little use of the Nursery, so noise prevails and parents will not take the kids out to the halls.]]></description>
