I have lost some weight so I’m worried about it. To answer Hank’s question, yes you could, or you could fast from something else that’s important to you like technology. The important part is that you pray at the beginning and end of the fast to ask the question and then thank God for the answer you received (or didn’t receive because that means He trusts you to make the decision without His help!)
