If tithing is paid in full then the commandment is met. Why should it matter if paid annually, monthly or bi weekly. We are taught to pay ten percent of our increase. Nothing about the frequency, if he pays it yearly or monthly he has kept the commandment.personally I think it would be harder to pay it annually but do you really think the lord will say at he judgement bar, yes you paid your tithing, but I don’t like ow you did it and you are denied exaltation and your family forever. I think the lord will run down a check list, all ordinances obtained, check, good person, check, faithful husband, check , magnified his callings check, paid tithing check.
I can’t see how a just and merciful father will care a jot about the payment schedule.
