She was probably told “The prophet does not have to say ‘Thus saith the Lord’ to give us scripture. …” and interpreted it to mean she cant end a talk “I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.” Which is incorrect. She probably just got confused as she is a new convert.
