					<description><![CDATA[Also, any such man with wisdom, a gift from God after much study by faith and prayer, will most likely always seek the support of counselors to officiate as the load of a Bishop is a calling of many duties. Also, as the father of the ward, he will realize the need for potential successive leaders to gain training and experience as they serve as counselors.  Our Father in Heaven presides, with others to follow His direction, and is the ultimate example of this preparing future leaders. His Son Jesus Christ showed and shows us this too.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[As far as I understand it, their lineage would have to be declared, or ratified by the First Presidency, and then they would have to called to be a Bishop without needing to be a High Priest. It has never happened in church history, and I don&#039;t know if it&#039;s listed in there just to be comprehensive, or if it will come into play more fully at some point in the future, or just to be esoteric.]]></description>
