I don’t see where he said it has to be done in this life. There are many who would be sealed in the temple if they had the opportunity. Would a loving God deny a blessing to someone who very much wants this and yet was unable to get it?

I see where he said temple sealing is a must. I do not see where he said that temple marriage in this life is a must. If we believe Christ than we will have every thing necessary. There are no scriptures (that I know of) that say what opportunities exist in the millennium, so not saying anything is a proper and prudent response. The question is do we believe Christ? If we believe Christ, If we have faith and trust him, he will see that we have every necessary thing placed before us. We do not need to know all of the details (although I can fully understand your desire). Mr Plummer’s answer is terse yet fully cogent. He said more in less words than I can. Our Redeemer will see to every one of our needs. Faith is a spiritual muscle, exercising it both makes this life better and makes us stronger when we get there.

We made a slight change to this in the answer. Only those sealed in the temple can receive the highest level of celestial glory. But keep in mind, that is what temple work is for. You would still have the opportunity for your wife to accept baptism and be sealed to her after death.
