Julia,

Short answer, no. If that were the case, President Monson would have denied the Holy Ghost when he ignored a prompting to go straightway to the hospital when he was in the middle of a church meeting. That's just not what that means. Watch this video:

On the Lord's Errand: The Life of Thomas S. Monson

https://www.lds.org/media-library/video/2009-09-01-on-the-lords-errand-the-life-of-thomas-s-monson?lang=eng

D&C 76 also has this to say about those who will receive no forgiveness:

34 Concerning whom I have said there is no forgiveness in this world nor in the world to come—

35 Having denied the Holy Spirit after having received it, and having denied the Only Begotten Son of the Father, having crucified him unto themselves and put him to an open shame.

36 These are they who shall go away into the lake of fire and brimstone, with the devil and his angels—

37 And the only ones on whom the second death shall have any power;

Now as for denying the Holy Ghost, have you seen the Lord in very person, and known with a perfect brightness that Jesus is the literal, living Son of God through the witness of the Spirit, and then turned around and sought to put Him to an open shame and joyously sang praises to His crucifixion, and then proceeded to deny and reject His atonement?

If not, which I am as sure as the Sun comes up in the morning and sets in the evening, you have NOT denied the Holy Ghost.

As for Jesus Christ, who sacrificed His blood and trod the wine press alone, I am sure only the vilest of all human beings would dare slander the One who made a reality their potential for resurrection, exaltation, and being able to live with Heavenly Father with their own eternal families forever after receiving such a sure witness.
