					<description><![CDATA[I would say that when we are truly repentant, we are repenting of all our sins. The people of king Benjamin had no more disposition to do evil. Their hearts were pure and they were made spotless. You can not retain desires for evil and truly repent. At least this is how i feel it in my life.]]></description>

It&#039;s just something we use to help new converts and children to understand the basic steps of repentance...let me see if I can even remember them, LOL!  

Recognition, remorse, restitution...I couldn&#039;t remember so I did a quick search and rediscovered this talk...it&#039;s one of my favorites...it lists 5 R&#039;s... I&#039;ll let you look because it&#039;s such a beautiful talk...
