They have what is termed &#039; The Bairns Share&#039; and unless legal proof exists to show one or more had already had their share of the In heritance, all children have to be treated equally. I think that most of Europe has similar legislation.with only England and Wales having the option to treat children differently in terms of inheritence.]]></description>
