Hi Helen, President Nelson’s talk explains how the father and brother of these girls repented in 2015 and thus the girls, brother, and father were sealed as a family. President Nelson performed the ordinance of sealing this family to each other.

I know he would only be trying to follow Brother Joseph’s example of taking care of those young women to make sure they have eternal mates.
