I am a mother and grandmother. I have experience in many medical procedures and while not a nurse myself, come from a long line of professions. Medicine has always fascinated me and had I not chosen to be a mother to a large family, I would have pursued a career in medicine myself.
A question: if this app is on your phone because you hope to become a physician, why are you showing it to friends?
Even if appropriate, there is a time and place when viewing it would be okay.
It is not something that you need to watch a hundred times.
The video has training value no doubt. But you won’t know how to do just by watching a video. Learning will come best with a trained profession right beside you coaching you as you do the procedure.
Only you can sincerely answer whether your reason is valid.
But showing it to buddies sounds more like show-and-tell.
If you are not currently in a program of study, my advice would be to reserve the graphic videos until you are enrolled in a program to learn these procedures.

I would say if you are looking at the nude
pictures preferencially compared to say muscles in the arm it may be a problem. What is in your heart determines if it is bad or good.

In medicine and nursing, one tends to regard the body the way a mechanic would regard a car. What do I need to do to fix this?–is the major consideration. Trust me, after 23 years of nursing, I can say that unless emotion is involved, you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all.
