					<description><![CDATA[Sounds as if Elder Oaks says we can judge but we can not condemn. If something is wrong we can judge to let ourselves know we cannot to do that. Within council judges of Zion may speak of what needs to be accurately assessed about those they have a stewardship towards.  Once we &lt;b&gt;publicly&lt;/b&gt; speak about something we think someone did wrong we are in &lt;b&gt;direct&lt;/b&gt; danger of crossing from judgment into condemnation.]]></description>
