This is a good resource for those struggling with “socially acceptable addictions, i.e. overeating, perfectionism, as well. It is “Heart to Heart,” an LDS 12 step program. They use the book, “He Did Deliver Me from Bondage,” which is a 12 step based study of the Book of Mormon. LDS Family Services used “He Did Deliver Me from Bondage” in their addiction recovery programs for many years, until they just recently published their own 12 step manual.
