Even when children are in school, there is much for Mother to do. I was a stay at home mom until my children were grown. Then I worked full time. My children told me they felt secure knowing I was at home, just a call away. When they came home from school, they sought me out first to tell me about their day. I was able to assist in the classroom, on occasion, chaperone on field trips and dances; take them to Scouts, practice, parties, etc. My housework and shopping were done in those hours they were in school. Believe me, it was a full time job! I helped my husband by being frugal and economical, stretching those dollars he worked so hard to get us as much as I could. I was grateful that he supported my desire to stay home while raising the kids. And I believe we were all better for it.

The love and care my wonderful wife showered upon our children was a reflection of her as a daughter of God. In no way would I make slight of that but just the same we all know that women grace our society in many ways in addition to being moms. Its as if Daughters of God have so much love they cannot help but to make the world a better place.
