This is outlined in multiple locations, including Duties and Blessing of the Priesthood Part B.  Those who hold the keys of the keys of the priesthood have directed as such.  I remember reading that Jesus blessed the bread first prior to his death and resurrection since his body had not yet been broken, and he broke the bread first after his death and resurrection, since his body had been broken.  I think Boyd K. Packer taught it as such, but I can&#039;t seem to find a reference.]]></description>
