Juliette,
Under various Jewish traditions, the Archangel Raziel is known for being the Keeper of Secrets/Mysteries, as well as sitting by the Lord’s throne keeping a record of the heavenly councils. Raziel is not a part of LDS theology. That’s not to say that such a being doesn’t exist – we do believe that there are angels who are “silent notes taking of the good and bad that you say” (children’s hymn); we also believe that a heavenly record is kept, sometimes referred to as the Book of Life, which implies there is a heavenly recorder. But as far as a specific identity for the chief recorder, none has been revealed.
Additionally, the closest thing I can find to a Keeper of Secrets/Mysteries is the following quote from the Prophet Joseph Smith:
“The Priesthood is an everlasting principle, and existed with God from eternity, and will to eternity, without beginning of days or end of years. The keys have to be brought from heaven whenever the Gospel is sent. When they are revealed from heaven, it is by Adam’s authority (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith pg 157).”
