Gramps,
Can you confirm that the most rebellious devils in creation inhabit this earth?
Clark

Dear Clark,
The confirmation of that statement comes from Moses 7:36

Wherefore, I can stretch forth mine hands and hold all the creations which I have made; and mine eye can pierce them also, and among all the workmanship of mine hands there has not been so great wickedness as among thy brethren.

According to this scripture this earth is the most wicked earth in the universe. The Savior came to this earth to work out the great atonement specifically because it was the most wicked of all the earths. He descended below ALL things, not just all things on one world.

He that ascended up on high, as also he descended below all things, in that he comprehended all things, that he might be in all and through all things, the light of truth (D&C 88:6).

The sons of perdition are those who have a had a knowledge of Jesus Christ and God the Father, given to them by the Holy Spirit, and have turned from that knowledge to deny the Savior. Thus, no one can be a son of perdition who has not had that witness from the Holy Ghost. The gift of the Holy Ghost is given upon baptism into the Lord’s Church. No people in the world have the gift of the Holy Ghost, except the worthy members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They are the only ones who can possess sufficient knowledge that the denial thereof would qualify them as sons as perdition.
