How do you think the Lord would feel about a person who had weight loss surgery? Would it be desecrating the body or the use of a modern day miracle?

Dear Wanda,
I think that it would be neither. Rather than desecrating the body, although a rather extreme and costly procedure, I think that it would serve to improve the appearance of the body. Is that procedure a modern day miracle? I hardly think so. To cut a bunch of fat away from protein tissue is a very common procedure in slaughter houses. About the same thing, only anesthetics are not needed in the slaughter houses.
