Question

Hi Gramps,

When we talk of time and all eternity, we generally think of time being our earthly life and eternity being after the resurrection, but where does the Millenium fall? Is it regarded as “time?”

Sarah

Answer

Hello Sarah,

This is an excellent question Sarah. Yes, when we talk of time and eternity, time is typically in reference to our earth life, and eternity is in reference to our life after death.

The Millennium would actually fall within “time,” as according to the context of our earth life. Although Christ will have appeared and death will be very different than it is now, death still occurs and the body is changed from a corruptible state into an incorruptible state.

When eternity is used, it typically is in reference to our lives after we have moved on from our mortal probation.

Sincerely,

Gramps
