Gramps,
I have a question for you. What means the circle that is in the book of The Pearl of Great Price? I think that the circle is very similar to the Aztec calendar, and by my opinion it seems a spaceship with passengers, just in the middle of the circle are two spheres, in the Aztec calendar too, and that spheres are controlled by a man that is sitted in the middle. The borders of the circle are filled with another language, in the Aztec that space is filled by two forces that fight one against the other represented by two dragons, one with a scarf and a patch in one face and the other with a normal human face Do you think that they are similar or these two have a relationship?

Dear Christian,
If you follow carefully through the printed explanation of Facsimile No. 2 from the Book of Abraham, you will note that Fig.1. in the very center of the diagram represents Kolob, the great governing star. This is the figure that you identify as “a man that is sitted in the middle.” Although it is in the figure of a man–or some other being, it is a representation not of a man, but of the star, Kolob. The two spheres on either side also represent stars. Those stars are called Kli-flos-is-es and Hah-ko-kau-beam.
